The Bora principle is based on the simple idea of all steam, fats and odours are extracted directly via the central vent of the hob. The air is then passed though high quality grease filters before being extracted via two options. The first option is for the air to be ducted externally via pipework or recirculated through the BORA charcoal filters in re-circulating model.
